For important international conferences, key conferences in the industry, global or regional conference of well-known companies, there are often many participants who are of high rank, if such conferences are held at the place where the conference host is located, there might be no problem for vehicle scheduling, but if it is held in some city other than the one that the host is located, vehicle scheduling is an issue that worth looking into.
